PART III

Exercise has been my anchor during turbulent times, serving as both a shield against stress and a
sanctuary for my mind. Ive turned to hitting the gym, finding refuge and renewal in the rhythm
of movement. After eighteen years of coaching and leading people, this has now become second
nature. As a father and husband, my passion for fitness extends beyond personal achievement. It
drives me to inspire and empower others on their own fitness journeys.
Fitness isnt merely a lifestyle choice for me; its a lifeline that has pulled me through. My
passion for fitness transcended personal accolades. It became a torch—a beacon to ignite others’
flames. In the gym, in the field, in life—I inspire, empower, and forge resilience.

PART I

Hailing from a small town in northern Kentucky, staying in shape was the norm. Everyone there
engaged in some form of daily physical activity. I realized at a young age that my knack for
leading and coaching ran deep. I wanted to find my niche in life, and that came quickly. Shortly
after joining the Army, I noticed an inherent gap: between those who had been physically active
throughout their lives and those who hadn’t. Thats when I realized two major things I could
accomplish. One, I could help the Army achieve its goals. Two, I could help individuals excel. I
soon attended and graduated from the Army Fitness Training School, then assumed the role of
“Master Fitness Trainer” at each unit I was assigned to. After my tenure as a Drill Sergeant, I
was selected to lead the “Fitness Training Unit.”

PART II

Around the same time in 2014, I stepped onto the competitive bodybuilding stage, fueled by
passion and curiosity. The lights, the adrenaline—it all became another part of my story. By
2015, I held the coveted IFBB pro card—a ticket to a world where sweat and discipline reigned
supreme. Seventeen professional contests—each one a canvas where I painted my commitment.
Top 5 finishes in 15 of them—consistency that set me apart. But amidst the spotlight, I extended
a helping hand. One or two clients at a time, I sculpted their bodies and dreams. And they
soared—never placing lower than 2nd at any show.
